- Business Strategy: Develop and implement long-term business strategies to enhance the success and growth of clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and emerging business models.
- Team Management: Build and manage a team of professionals, such as accountants, lawyers, agents, and publicists, to support the business operations of clients. Coordinate and oversee their work.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including record label executives, promoters, distributors, and venues. Collaborate with them to secure favorable opportunities for clients.
- Legal and Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the music industry, including copyright laws, licensing agreements, tax regulations, and intellectual property protection.
