Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Event Planning: Identify and secure suitable venues for concerts, negotiate contracts with venues, and coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and technical requirements.
- Artist and Talent Booking: Collaborate with agents, managers, and artists to secure bookings for concerts. Negotiate performance fees, contract terms, and riders.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop marketing strategies to promote concerts and attract audiences. Create promotional materials, coordinate advertising campaigns, utilize social media platforms, and manage ticket sales.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for concerts, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency. Monitor expenses, revenue, and financial performance of events.
- Sponsorship and Partnership: Identify and secure sponsorship and partnership opportunities with brands, businesses, and organizations to provide financial support, branding, and promotional benefits for concerts.
- Ticketing and Box Office Management: Oversee ticketing operations, including pricing, distribution, and sales channels. Collaborate with ticketing platforms and manage box office staff.
- Event Production: Coordinate production elements, including stage setup, sound and lighting equipment, and technical requirements. Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of concerts.
