Kreysler & Associates is looking for someone with digital and CNC skills to join our team. We are a custom job shop specializing in composites and we're looking for someone to help run our large format 5-axis CNC machines. We do a variety of specialty art and architectural projects. Must be a team player with good communication skills, willingness to learn, and an interest in digital fabrication and craftsmanship. This is a hands-on individual contributor role involving both computer and in-shop activity.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with team to determine strategies for machining large objects
• Develop CAD models for CNC purposes
• Determine strategies for best materials, block design, orientation, etc
• Program large format 5-axis CNC machines to cut molds and patterns
• Operate, and maintain CNC machines
