Los Medanos College (LMC), who is launching a new program called FutureTech Fast Trak — modeled on DVC's START program — to train Advanced Manufacturing/Robot Assembly Technicians.

The program runs 6 weeks total, broken into 3 back-to-back 2-week classes,

Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, at LMC in Pittsburg

1. 8/24 – 9/4: ETEC-4, Basic Electronics

2. 9/8 – 9/18: PTEC-10 (formerly ENGIN-10), Intro to Engineering

3. 9/21 – 10/2: PTEC-27, Manufacturing Technician Basics
