What we’re looking for:

You’re a creative person with a passion for design and examples to show for it. You have some experience or exposure to design in the form of on-the-job experience, coursework, or online courses in Graphic Design, Typography, Prototyping, Design Thinking, Design History, User Experience, User Interface, Web Design, Illustration, or Video Editing.

Plus, you're curious about learning how to use design software, like Adobe InDesign CC and Photoshop CC. And you never leave home without your phone to capture creative inspo!

✅ Eligible Candidates must be:
○ 18 years or older
○ Community College Students (or recent transfer student)
               AND/OR
○ Opportunity Youth (Foster Youth, Home-Insecure, Justice-Involved)
✅ Receive an academy scholarship to develop your design, engineering, marketing, communication, or augmented reality skills
✅ It’s a full-time commitment; Spend Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm PT, learning from June 17, 2024 to August 15, 2024
✅ Snap Design, Engineering, and Storytelling Academies are held in-person in Santa Monica, CA, and Snap Lens Academy is held virtually via Zoom
✅ 15 Scholars will be selected for each academy
