This program provides an overview of the retail industry and the business skills needed to succeed in retail store management. It provides training for those wishing to be owners, managers, and employees of retail organizations. This Law Office Clerical Assistant certificate is not approved by the American Bar Association and does not prepare students to work as paralegals or legal assistants under California state law.
