This noncredit College Success Skills program will help prepare students for college success through academic and college readiness courses that include an introduction to college services and support, effective study skills, note-taking methodology, and time management techniques, in addition to foundational English composition and math skills and concepts. The program is specifically designed for students about to enter college who may benefit from support in basic academic and college preparatory skills. Students will build relationships with Ohlone counselors, English and Math faculty, and peer mentors. Through this program, students will also become knowledgeable of resources, course expectations, and how to successfully navigate their path towards a career or transfer to a baccalaureate institution.
