Manufacturing Technology is a comprehensive program of instruction designed to develop knowledge of scientific principles, mathematical concepts, and technical skills. It includes laboratory experiences found in machining, welding, and related technologies. These experiences will enable the student to enter the industry with problem-solving skills in design, production planning, materials handling, quality control, inspection, and programming with computer numerical controls. The student, upon the successful completion of the program, will have a job-entry skill.
