The Dental Hygiene Associate Degree program at Santa Rosa Junior College is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the American Dental Association. The Commission is a specialized accrediting body recognized by the United States Department of Education.

Students receive a comprehensive education in the health sciences and in clinical dental hygiene and are prepared for entry into the practice of dental hygiene. Upon successful completion of the program, the graduate will be able to apply knowledge and scientific concepts to assess needs, recognize problems, establish oral health goals and provide appropriate dental health care services and evaluate outcomes. The graduate will receive an Associate Degree from Santa Rosa Junior College, and will be eligible to take the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination and the California Dental Hygiene Board Examination.

Students will gain fundamental knowledge and practical experience with construction management skills, tools, and techniques necessary to be employed in an entry-level construction management position at a local residential or light-commercial construction industry firm. Light-commercial construction involves non-residential buildings constructed of light gauge metal framing or wood.

This Major offers an introduction to the fundamentals of Aerial Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, Mission Planning, Data Management, and Data Processing with emphasis on processing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs, aka drones) data. The Associate Degree in Virtual Production, presented in collaboration with the Regional Virtual Production Academy (RVPA), is designed to equip students with the essential skills for pursuing entry-level careers in virtual production. Students will learn to apply tools from film production, digital imaging, visual effects, and game engines to the virtual production process, creating real-time projects in a virtual production studio. Students are afforded the flexibility to choose courses from participating colleges in the regional collaboration in order to fulfill the requirements for this degree.

The Associate in Arts in Elementary Teacher Education for transfer degree is designed to provide a clear pathway to a CSU major and baccalaureate degree. California Community College students who are awarded an AA-T are guaranteed admission with junior standing somewhere in the CSU system. This priority does not guarantee admission to specific majors or campuses. Current and prospective community college students are encouraged to meet with a counselor to develop an educational plan that best meets their goals and needs.

The Electrical Union Apprenticeship Associate of Science Degree is a five-year apprenticeship that consists of 8,000 hours of on-the-job training (OJT) and 900 hours of classroom instruction.

This apprenticeship prepares a student to install and maintain all of the electrical conduits, wires, cables, motor controls, and panelboards found in commercial and industrial facilities.

Students accepted into the Electrical Union Apprenticeship program are paid while they work and learn. Application and acceptance into the Redwood Empire Joint Electrical Training Center is a requirement to start this program.

The Associates of Science degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead and manage people, programs, and organizations in the governmental and nonprofit sectors. In addition to analytical and communications skills relevant to the management professions, students receive a broad background and understanding of the political, social, and economic environment in which public issues exist, while focusing on areas of public management, public budgeting and finance, and nonprofit studies.

Students completing this program are guaranteed admission to the CSU system but not necessarily to a particular campus or major of choice. Students should consult with a counselor for more information on admission to specific universities and their transfer requirements as individual schools may require different or additional coursework to that listed for the Associate in Arts in Social Work and Human Services for Transfer Degree.

Sports Medicine is a multi-disciplinary educational experience. Instruction emphasizes injury prevention, emergency care, and rehabilitation through the principles of anatomy, physiology, pathology, bio-mechanics, and psychology. Hands-on experience is available to the student intern through the Athletic Treatment Center from an array of Sports Medicine professionals. Students interested in medicine, athletic training, physical therapy, chiropractic, nutrition, or other allied health fields are candidates for this program.
