We’re looking for a project manager to help organize various events, and connect with manufacturers. It’s a part-time role (estimated 500 hours over the next year = average of around 10 hours/week), and the hours are variable over the course of the year, depending on the events that are happening. A lot of the work can be done remotely, but there are events that you would need to attend.


Job Description

The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting initiatives led by Association of Manufacturers Bay Area (AMBayArea). This role involves organizing workshops and events, working with manufacturers and workforce organizations, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders to advance project goals. The coordinator will handle various administrative and project-related tasks, including event planning, tracking progress on deliverables, and providing regular updates to project leads. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in fostering collaboration, focusing on delivering results for the organizations involved.
