Our criteria for awarding one of our grants is very simple:

• Current Enrollment: You must be currently enrolled in an education, training, or certification program located in California.
• Career Goal: You must intend to pursue a career within California's manufacturing sector.
• Complete Application: You must fill out the application entirely.
• Progress Updates: You must agree to update the foundation on your career progression or employment status upon completing your training.
• Academic Standing: You should maintain solid grades—applications with grades below a C will likely not be considered during review.
