Additionally, it completes most, if not all, of the undergraduate business major requirements for transfer should a student decide to transfer prior to completing all the requirements for the DVC associate in arts degree in business transfer; or decide to complete the lower-division general education requirements and transfer to a four-year institution at a later time. This certificate provides a core curriculum for employment in business or for the further study of business.

 

To earn a certificate of achievement in business transfer, students must complete each course used to meet a certificate requirement with a “C” grade or higher. All coursework required for the certificate must be completed within seven years of the certificate date
